As she gained experience, she transitioned into a full-time role, immersing herself in "all things optometry." She worked her way up from technician to practice manager, but it didn’t take long for her to discover her true passion: billing and revenue management.

Fast forward ten years, Hannah and her husband, Doug, made the bold decision to relocate to Kentucky so he could pursue his dream of becoming an optometrist. With two children in tow, their vision was coming to life. This move also paved the way for a remote opportunity with RevolutionEHR, where Hannah excelled in optometry billing, quickly adapting from private practice to the corporate environment. As a Billing Group Manager, she led a team of billing specialists, refining her expertise in revenue cycle management.

Then came 2020. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Hannah was laid off from her position. Rather than returning to the corporate world, she recognized it as a pivotal moment—a chance to follow a different path. With her husband now a practicing optometrist, the timing was perfect to bring her vision to life: Collective Revenue.
