About Us
Collective Revenue was founded by Hannah Boyd and her husband, Dr. Douglas Boyd, with one goal: helping optometry practices thrive.
Hannah began her career in optometry in 2006 at a private practice and went on to manage billing groups for a larger company. Douglas is a practicing optometrist, so he knows the challenge from inside the exam room: caring for patients while keeping up with billing, insurance claims and the finances of a practice.
Together, they saw how complex and frustrating the revenue cycle can be for a busy practice. So they set out to build something better: a billing company that values relationships as much as revenue. Our clients are partners, not accounts, and we work side by side with you for the success of your practice.
