Starting next month, HealthPartners will require multifactor authentication (MFA) to use your provider portal account. This two-step verification process adds an extra layer of security to help protect your account against unauthorized access.
How it works:
We’ll send you a verification code to enter each time you sign in.
You can choose to have verification codes sent via email, text message or both.
If both methods are enabled, you’ll be able to choose which one to use each time you sign in.
If only one method is enabled, we’ll automatically send the verification code that way.
You can change how you receive your codes at any time in “Manage My Account.”
To turn on Multi-factor authentication early, sign in and go to "Manage my account" and then "Multifactor authentication."
